• Follow all instructions precisely, do not deviate from below. For external use only.
• Do NOT apply nylon side directly onto skin due to possibility of injury or burns.
• Do NOT microwave directly from freezer, MUST be at room temperature before heating.
• The product MUST be removed from the storage bag and/or freezer bag prior to microwave use.
• Individuals with nerve damage, circulatory problems, impaired skin sensation, or with damaged or broken skin must consult a physician before using this product.
• Use cold therapy for no more than 15-20 minutes each session or as directed by a healthcare provider.
• Do not use on persons unable to remove this product such as infants, children, and some older persons. Adult supervision is recommended when using on children.
• Consult your physician before use if pregnant, if any medical condition exists, or if condition being treated persists.
• The gel filling of this product is non-toxic, but it is not intended to be ingested. In the event of a leak, dispose of product and clean any gel off skin with soap and water.

1. Place the Gel Pack into the freezer for a duration of 2 hours or more.

2. Remove the Gel Pack from the freezer and apply to the injured area based on the following instructions:

• The plush side is designed for use for direct skin contact without any separate barrier material or cloth.
• The nylon side is designed to be used by placing a light towel, fabric or other barrier material between the Gel Pack and skin.

3. For each session, use cold therapy for a max of 20 minutes and ensure a 2 hour break between sessions, or as advised by your doctor or medical professional.

4. After use, place the Gel Pack back into the Protective Freezer Zipper Bag and store in the freezer for future use.

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

2. Remove the pot from heat and place the gel pack (without storage bag) into the hot water for 8 to 10 minutes.

3. Gently remove the gel pack from the hot water, avoiding punctures, and place on a dry towel, removing all water before use.

4. Apply to the injured area based on the following instructions:

• The plush side is designed for use for direct skin contact without any separate barrier material or cloth.
• Do NOT apply nylon side directly onto skin. The nylon side is designed to be used by placing a light towel, fabric or other barrier material between the Gel Pack and skin.

5. For each session, use heat therapy for a max of 20 minutes and ensure a 30 minute break between sessions, or as advised by your doctor or medical professional.

• Follow all directions precisely. NEVER microwave the Gel Pack for longer time periods than specified below.
• Remove the Gel Pack from the storage bag and/or protective freezer zipper bag.
• Ensure the Gel Pack is at room temperature. NEVER microwave the gel pack when frozen.

1. Fold the gel pack in half and place into center of microwave, nylon side facing out and microwave for 60 seconds.

2. Remove the gel pack from microwave and massage & mix the gel for 10-15 seconds to distribute the heat, pushing the gel toward the edges and away from the center of the pack.

3. Fold the gel pack in half and place into center of microwave, plush side facing out and microwave for and additional 60 seconds.

4. Remove the gel pack carefully as it will be extremely hot.

5. Apply to the injured area based on the following instructions:

• The plush side is designed for use for direct skin contact without any separate barrier material or cloth.
• Do NOT apply nylon side directly onto skin. The nylon side is designed to be used by placing a light towel, fabric or other barrier material between the Gel Pack and skin.

6. For each session, use heat therapy for a max of 20 minutes and ensure a 30 minute break between sessions, or as advised by your doctor or medical professional.

NOTE: To extend use, after 1 hour of usage, the Gel Pack can be heated in the microwave for an additional 60 seconds.
